This release supports the changes to the PLASC Annual Census 2020 Return.

All dates have been rolled forward
Dates of Birth and age ranges have been updated
New data item <FSMTransitionalProtection>
The Pupil Characteristics table includes the Pupil FSM Transitional Protection Eligibility data field
The Exception Report has been updated to allow the validation of the <FSMTransitionProtection> data item
The links to the DEWi website have been updated
