Where the end date of the latest application is set to any date in the past, parents/carers can now include the child in an application, if Allow multiple Eligible FSM Applications is set to Off in the Citizen Portal Admin | Home | Administration | Free School Meals Administration | Grants and Benefits Mapping | FSM Settings screen.

Where the end date of the latest application is NOT set to a date in the past (ie, is today, in the future or blank), parents/carers cannot include the child in an application.
