SEN/SEND – Record when the establishment named on the EHC plan is different to where the child or young person is currently attending (3.75.011 & 3.76.001)
Description
A new panel has been introduced which allows information to be recorded when the establishment named on the EHC plan is different to where the child or young person is currently attending. This is for England only and can be reported in the SEN2 person level return.
This functionality has been added because Module 3 of the SEN2 person level return requires local authorities to report the establishment that is named on a child or young person’s EHC plan, whilst Module 4 requires local authorities to report the establishment the child or young person is currently attending. In scenarios where the child or young person is not currently attending the establishment named on the EHC plan, then this needs to be recorded in this new ‘Establishment currently named on EHC plan’ panel.
