Accessibility – Improvements made to FSM/TYOF Step 4 Summary page so that it is in a more readable format on mobile phone (3.80)

Description

Previously the summary page for Free Schools Meals / Two Year Old Funding applications displayed the information in two column format making it hard to read.

Improvements have been made to display the information in a single column. This makes it easier to read and check the information is correct.
