Description The 2020 Post 16 census file can be imported with a reference date of 2021-07-31 via the Welsh Census FT-21 import specification. The <DiscountCode> tag value is included in the Welsh Census FT-21 import specification. School Census structure changes The Post 16 XML module is restructured to include all Learning Aims within a Programme Aim container.
