Edit Additional Questions

The Additional Questions tab enables you to select additional questions to be displayed to applicants when applying for receivers in the selected transfer group.

  1. Select a transfer group.
  2. Select the E-App Settings tab.
  3. Open the Additional Questions section.
    A list of the additional questions currently selected for the transfer group is displayed.
  4. Click the Select question(s) from library button to display the Question selector dialogue
  5. Select the question(s) that you want to associate with the transfer groups using the checkboxes.
  6. Click the Preview link to display a single question in a new browser or Preview All to see the entire list.

Re-Ordering Additional Questions

  1. Open the Additional Questions section.
  2. Click the Edit hyperlink next to the heading to display the additional questions chooser in edit mode.
  3. For each question in the list, enter a number into the Order field.
    If you enter a number that is greater that the number of questions in the list into the order field, then the relevant question is moved to the bottom of the list.  

You cannot save the list of questions if one of the questions in the list has been made inactive at library level since being added. In this case, you should remove the question by clicking its Delete hyperlink.
