Pre-Offer Processing

The Pre-Offer Processing section of the Students tab enables you to carry out a series of checks on students within a transfer group. These checks can be used to create System Generated Preferences for likely receiver schools and to copy applicant reasons to Local Authority reasons either in bulk or individually.

The Pre-Process and Process links and buttons are disabled while the bulk process routines are being run, as it is very important that another user does not start another routine of the same type during this time.

Single preferences that are being processed as part of bulk preferences are also locked.

Locked routines are listed on the Administration | GIS | GIS Parameters tab in the Unlock Routines section and can be unlocked from that screen if necessary.
