Overview of All Bases on Map Area

The All Bases on Map page is enabled if you have a licence for GIS. It is used to view geocoded bases on a GIS map.

Click the Search button to list all geocoded bases, or enter search criteria:

• Full or partial Base or Site Name or School Number.
• The Home LA radio button is selected by default. Alternatively, select All Bases or Other LA if required.
• A Base Type can be selected from the drop-down.
• A Base Group can be selected from the drop-down.
• The Active Bases only check box can be deselected to also show inactive bases.

Click the Search button to display a list of bases that match your search criteria; the number of matching geocoded bases and the search criteria are displayed above the list. Select the Show All check box or the check box adjacent to a base in the list and then click View on Map.

The GIS map is displayed with bases marked. Hover over a base to display the name, address and Easting and Northing information.
