Select an Application

You can search for applicationsapplications based on student details, parent/carer details or application dates.

Grants and Benefits (G&B) applications are created for students seeking funding from the Local Authority. Generally, this funding is in the form of Free School Meals (FSM), but can also cover other funding that may be available from the government and managed by the LA. After an application is approved, the details are incorporated into the relevant areas.

  1. Select Applications | GNB to display search fields relating to applications.
  2. Enter search criteria as required.
  3. Click the More Options hyperlink to refine the search,  if required.
  4. Click the Search by Student hyperlink to search by student, if required.
    You can quickly view a list of all the applications for a student. If there is only one application associated with the student, then this application is opened automatically. Otherwise, click on the required application in the list to display the full details. The details of the student are displayed in the header section.
  5. Click the Search button to view a list of applications that match your criteria.
  6. Select an application to view the details.
