Overview
The One Self Service Portals are a secure online gateway provided by the Local Authority enabling users to apply for a variety of services.
These applications are then transferred into One for loading into the appropriate modules.
For local authorities, it enables staff to easily match information supplied via the portal to data already held in the One database. Local authority staff can interactively match records and resolve conflicts with people data, removing the need to import and process data manually.
