Item 5.5 Annual review decision <ReviewOutcome>

The decision following the latest review meeting is reported as A – amend the EHC plan when the following criteria is met:

  • The <ReviewMeeting> was reported in Item 5.4
  • The LA Outcome on the EHCP Review Involvement reported in Item 5.4 has an external code of A – amend the EHC plan.

The decision following the latest review meeting is reported as C – amend the EHC plan when the following criteria is met:

  • The <ReviewMeeting> was reported in Item 5.4
  • The LA Outcome on the EHCP Review Involvement reported in Item 5.4 has an external code of C – cease the EHC plan.

The decision following the latest review meeting is reported as M – maintain the EHC plan when the following criteria is met:

  • The <ReviewMeeting> was reported in Item 5.4
  • The LA Outcome on the EHCP Review Involvement reported in Item 5.4 has an external code of M – maintain the EHC plan.

The decision following the latest review meeting is reported as blank when the following criteria is met:

  • The <ReviewMeeting> was NOT reported in Item 5.4. 

OR

  • The <ReviewMeeting> was reported in Item 5.4
  • The LA Outcome on the EHCP Review Involvement reported in Item 5.4 does not have a value recorded OR the LA Outcome is after the census date.
