Item 5.5g Attendance pattern <AttendancePattern>

• There is a Placement record that met the criteria for Item 5.5 Establishments attended during the year.
• The establishment reported in Item 5.5g Attendance pattern is reported as FT – if a person attends full-time when the Attendance Pattern on the Placement record is recorded as Full-time.
  OR
  The establishment reported in Item 5.5g Attendance pattern is reported as PT – if a person attends part-time when the Attendance Pattern on the Placement record is recorded as Part-time.

It is optional to report the Attendance Pattern in the return. As the system does not allow users to record an Attendance Pattern history on a Placement record, the generated XML will not have the Attendance Pattern reported against historical placements (e.g. <AttendancePattern> is not populated when the <LeavingDate> in <PlacementDetail> is populated).
