Item 5.7d Placement rank <PlacementRank>

• There is a Placement record that met the criteria for Item 5.7 Establishments attended during the year.
• The establishment reported in Item 5.5d Placement rank is reported as 1 – Primary Placement when it is has a Placement Rank of Rank 1
  OR
  The establishment reported in Item 5.5d Placement rank is reported as 2 – Secondary Placement when it is has a Placement Rank of Rank 2.
