Admission & Transfers/Citizen Portal – Application Reference Number Now Included In Email And On Portal (3.84)

Description

You can now choose whether to display Application Reference Numbers (ARN) in emails (Phased transfer groups) and on the Citizen Portal (both Phased and In Year transfer groups).

This is done via two new parameters. Enter Parameter values of Y or N.

ARNEMAILS
When a user submits an application for Phased and In Year transfers, any emails they receive regarding the applications include the ARN
ARNPORTAL
Once the application is imported into One, the ARN can display in the Citizen Portal

In A&T the ARN displays as LA Code-Date-ARN.
