B2B Student – B2B Cache Setting moved from CCSServerConfig Utility to System Defaults (3.71)

The configuration for the B2B cache has been moved from the CCS Server Configuration Utility so that it doesn’t get reset during upgrades.

It is now a true/false parameter in the System Administration | System Defaults area called B2BHCACHE.
