Citizen Portal – List of schools when adding a child in a FSM application is the same as the list of schools when adding a child in My Family (3.80)

Description

When adding a child in a Free School Meals application, the list of schools in the Current school drop-down is now the same as the list of schools available when adding a child from My Family. It is no longer restricted to just the schools supported by the LA.
