Citizen Portal – Portal Accounts Linked to Student panel in v4 client shows students who have been auto-matched (3.74)

Description

When an incoming student is auto-matched, a record is added in v4 client | Student | 37. Portal Accounts Linked to Student. Previously this only happened for students that were manually matched.
