SEN/SEND/Bases – UKPRN can be stored on the Base record which can then be used in the return if URN not present (3.75.011 & 3.76.001)
Description
If a URN isn’t available, then UKPRN (UK Provider Reference Number) will be reported in the SEN2 return instead, where it exists in the base record.
The UKPRN will be reported in Item 3.4b Establishment type – UKPRN and Item 4.2b Establishment type – UKPRN when it is relevant to do so.
A new field has been added to the Bases | Basic Details screen to allow UKPRN to be stored against the base record.
When applying the feature update, the UKPRN will be automatically populated.
