SEN/SEND – New code added to Assessment Type lookup table (3.75.011 & 3.76.001)
Description
A new code has been added to the Assessment Type (0315) lookup table:

This new Assessment Type code of Assessment completed by other LA has been introduced so that it can be reported in Item 3.1 Decision to issue EHC plan as S – Plan issued after assessment was completed by another LA.

LA Transfer Date field will be disabled when this Assessment Type code is used.
When this Assessment Type code is used:
- LAs will need to start filling out the involvement from the start (e.g. Received Date, then Phase 1 Complete, then Notified Date etc). This is the same business rules as when the Assessment Type of INI – Initial Assessment is used.
