SEN/SEND/Student record – New field to record ‘No Identifier Available Reason’ on the student record (3.75.011 & 3.76.001)

Description

There is a new field called No Identifier Available Reason in panel 06. Student Profile of the student record in v4 client.

The No Identifier Available Reason field has been introduced so it can be reported in Item 1.6c No identifier available.

Available options are:

When saving the student record:

• if a UPN or ULN are already present when adding the No Identifier Available Reason
• the No Identifier Available Reason is already present when adding UPN or ULN

the following message is displayed and the No Identifier Available Reason is removed:

When student details are imported via B2B Student or B2B Open, if No Identifier Available Reason is present in v4 client, it will be removed if the UPN or ULN are imported.

The new field will be part of the Audit Trial, Data Selection panel and Import Data File Mapping functions.
