Statutory EOTAS Census (Locale 3) 2020 (3.70)
Description
This release supports the changes to the EOTAS (Educated Other Than At School) Census 2020 return.
- Census Date and collection dates have been updated
- Student Details | EOTAS panel
A new check box Awaiting or not currently in provision (NIP) is available.
If selected, users will not need to complete the Reintegration Details page and the child in the EOTAS return will display the Category of Provision as NIP with ‘0’ hours.
Where not selected, the system will continue to operate as before and users will need to complete the Reintegration Details page.

- <InCare> and <CareAuthority> data items have been removed from the collection. The Summary Report 2.2 has also been removed. These have been superseded by the Children Receiving Care and Support Census (CRCSC).
- A script is available to enable you to update the FSM Protection flag to ‘True‘, where the FSM History is active.
- The links to the gov.wales websites have been updated.
- The link to the XML Message Structure has been updated.
