Statutory Phonics Screening (Locale 1) – Script to include only NCY2 students in Phonics Autumn return (3.73)

Description

Due to the pandemic, Phonics screening didn’t happen for NCY 1 students in 2020. Those pupils will now be NCY2 and will undertake the Phonics screening in the Autumn term. The Phonics return should be submitted to the DfE in December consisting of only NCY2 students.

When customers generate the return in v4 client, students other than NCY2 will be included in the project. A script is available from the service desk, see KB0041819, to remove those students so that only the correct data is exported and submitted to the DfE.

Note: Customers will also need to import an additional CTF translation file available in the same KB0041819 AND amend the header year tag in the file exported to be 2020.
