Validation changes in relation to the exclusions permanent fix

This change updates any validations that may incorrectly flag up queries or errors based on the changes made to the exclusions permanent fix.

While generating the EOTAS return and validating EOTAS return data:

  • The Fixed, Lunch and Permanent Exclusion records of a student are validated against the previous academic year only
  • The Reinstated type of exclusion is not considered
  • The validation considers both PRU and NON PRU categories
