System – CBDS Wales Only: External Codes for SEN Stage (3.74.015 & 3.75.008)

The following new External Codes have been added:
- C – School Maintained Individual Development Plan
- L – Local Authority Maintained Individual Development Plan

Both of the codes can be imported/exported via CTF, B2B and B2B Open and are valid in the statutory returns.
Resolving conflicts in B2B:
When importing SEN Stage codes of C and L, and the existing code of S is in the ONE system with no End Date, the validation message displays:
The SEN status of L and C cannot be applied to ONE because the LA has a SEN or EHCP licence and is the Home LA for the student
The imported values cannot be accepted until the SEN Stage record with the status of S is closed.
When changing SEN Stage History | SEN Status to L in v4 client, where there are no LA Details in panel 8, the following message displays:
