Technical – We are supporting Oracle 19c for the One Education database, along with Windows Server 2016 and 2019 for the database server (3.72)
Description
From the 3.72 release we are supporting Oracle 19c for the One Education database, along with Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019 for the database server. Customers will need to migrate their databases to Oracle 19c on a new Windows 2016 or 2019 server prior to the Spring 2021 release (3.74).
A service package is available to LAs who would like One Technical Services to complete the migration work (subject to availability). A customer guide is available for those customers with the skills in-house to complete this work themselves.
