The PNLD (Police National Legal Database) Offence list has been updated to v4.9.

Changes to v4.9 (from 4.8)

Inclusion of ‘Possess an offensive weapon in private place’ (CJS 1988 update – CJ88153)
Updates to the Sentencing Act 2020 (Breach criminal behaviour order, Breach of a parenting order, Breach sexual harm prevention order
Updates to the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 (Breach of knife crime, prevention order / interim knife crime prevention order without reasonable excuse)
New Coronavirus regulations / updates (562 new offences)
Updates to the Animal Welfare Act 2006
Updates to the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Applications to Child Safety Orders and Application for an Interim Anti-social behaviour order) – PLEASE NOTE THESE HAVE SERIOUSNESS SCORES OF 0.
