Youth Justice – Submitting AssetPlus to YJB Placement now use Case Transfer function (3.70.103, 3.71.005, 3.72.004)
Description
Submitting AssetPlus to YJB Placements and other Capita supplied YOTs now uses the Case Transfer functionality to initiate a ‘caretaking’ transfer with the destination ‘YJB Placements’.
Send to Placement is no longer used for submission and has been removed from the Action panel.
Important note: Case Transfers with YOTs using other supplier software is not supported at this time. Capita and other suppliers need to conduct cross supplier testing first.
An announcement will be made when customers can perform case transfers to all YOTs, once cross supplier testing is successfully completed.
