Youth Justice – YJB Statutory Change: YJMIS & Case Transfers schema versions updated to V8.0.0 (3.82)

Description

YJMIS and Case Transfers schema has been updated from V7 to V8. The following reference data drop down lists and case level data to schema mappings have been updated to reflect the 2023/24 YJB requirements for the V8 schema and statutory compliance:

• Ethnicity
  White-Roma
• Religion
  No Religion
• Plea types and rules
  Where an offence has no outcome linked to it, the system can determine whether the offence displays as Outstanding or Current in AssetPlus, in line with YJB specifications
• Outcomes and Intervention Programme types
• Youth Rehabilitation Order
  Requirement types
• AssetPlus Explanations & Conclusions | Future Behaviour | MAPPA
  Categories updated with with 4 – Terrorist Offenders
• AssetPlus Core Record | Alerts and Flags
  Risk of self-harm and Risk of suicide questions now have Yet to Clarify options
