Youth Statutory – New DX Job, Alert messages, and DX Job count of YJMIS job processed for YJMIS return (3.74 & 3.73.007)
Description
A new job has been created when generating the YJMIS return which includes AssetPlus fields in the YJMIS return.
DX Job
The DX Job screen now displays a count of the YJMIS jobs being processed for the YJMIS return. The information displays within a new section: Generating AssetPlus stage data for YJMIS return. This only displays when DX Jobs are being processed.

The information in each field are:
- YJMIS Clients with AssetPlus stages
Count of the AssetPlus stages being processed. Clients with exceptions are included. Non AssetPlus Clients are excluded in the count. - Successfully processed clients with AssetPlus stages
Count of AssetPlus stages that have processed successfully. This count excludes clients with exceptions for AssetPlus. - Exception for clients with AssetPlus stages
Count of AssetPlus stages that have exceptions.
After the DX Job is completed, the total count of Jobs processed displays as illustrated below:

Add Job
An alert displays if you try to create a new YJB MIS Export whilst the previous job is still in progress. This prevents multiple jobs to be created.

DX Monitoring
In DX Monitoring screen an alert displays if the background service is off when you try to create a YBJ MIS task, advising you to restart the service.
