Youth Justice – AssetPlus Schema Updated (3.71 & 3.70.103)

AssetPlus Schema has been updated with changes to v5.0.1 – Case Transfer.

IMPORTANT: 3.71 supports 2 schema versions. There is a system value that allows you to disable the current schema 5.0.1 and use old schema 4.0.0. When YJB instructs to use the latest schema, you will be notified to change this flag value to 5.0.1, so YJMIS is on new schema.

The system value is:

YJ – YJMIS Active Schema Version

This flag is set to 4.0.0 by default. When the YJB are ready to use the new schema this should be changed to 5.0.1. If any other value is set, or it made blank, system will generate the YJMIS return with 4.0.0 schema.

To update the flag, open the System Administration tool and navigate to System | System Values
