MRI Education – Introducing MRI Agora Support Bot (beta)

We are pleased to announce that the MRI Agora support bot has been added to our MRI Education document library website.

You can find it under the User Help Files section.

This beta version of the bot has been trained on the CTF and System Administration pages of the site. More knowledge will be added in the coming months.

To start using the bot, browse to the user help files page, open the support bot and agree to its usage terms.

You can give feedback on the bot’s answers by clicking the thumbs up or down icons. If you give an answer a thumbs down, the bot opens a dialogue box for you to give your feedback.

Selecting the bot’s hamburger menu provides you with options to download your chat history and clear your chat conversation.
