SEND – References to EHC is removed on the process step diagram for Welsh in SEND Citizen and Professional(3.74)

Description

The hard-coded text of “EHC Plan” and “EHCP Reviews” have been changed to “Plan” and “Reviews” for the Welsh locale on the process step. This is on both SEND Citizen and Professional Portal.
