Some questions in Leaving Custody and Pathways and Planning modules have been removed to minimise the burden on case managers to attain information.
The following questions have been removed:
Leaving Custody
- Was accommodation suitable?
- Has the child been meaningfully involved in identifying subsequent placements?
- If placed in Local Authority Accommodation, how much does the accommodation placement cost per week?
Pathways & Planning
- If placed in Local Authority Accommodation, how much does the accommodation placement cost per week?
