IYSS – NCCIS Statutory changes (3.88)

Description

IYSS DX Output Routine and NCCIS Checker Tool updated to support NCCIS 2026/27.

The changes for 2026/27 are:

• New validation rules to prevent numbers and special characters being entered into:
  • Given name
  • Middle name
  • Family name
• Error Codes 44,45 and 46 updated to reflect the changes.
