SEN/SEND – New mediation meeting date field added to v4 client for SEN2 2027 (3.89)

Description

A new Mediation Meeting Date field has been added to the EHCP Mediation Involvements form. This field is positioned between the Notified Date and Mediation Provider fields.

SEND Caseworkers can now record the exact date a mediation meeting took place within the EHCP Involvement record. This ensures that the necessary data is captured for statutory reporting. It can be done without disrupting existing workflows or requiring technical workarounds. Users see the new field straight away when creating or editing Mediation Involvements.
