G&B ECEv2: FSM Eligibility schedule task updated to include extended Claim Status values (3.89)

Description

The FSM eligibility evaluation currently relies on the claim status Current within the existing business rules. As part of the FSM ECE checks, two new claim statuses are being introduced:

• Eligible Targeted
• Eligible Expanded

These new statuses have been incorporated into the FSM History scheduled task so that the FSMEAL (G&B FSM flag) and FSM_END fields are updated accordingly.
