Introduction to Service Level Agreements
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are created in the v4 Client via Focus | Services | Service Level Agreements | Maintain Service Level Agreement.
To enable the SLA to be used in EPM and assigned to a base, the Is EPM and Active check boxes must be selected.
If the Cost in Percentage check box is selected, the SLA will be applied as a percentage.
An SLA that is defined in CSS cannot be selected in the EPM portal.
