Item 3.3 Assessment mediation <AssessmentMediation>

A person must satisfy the following criteria to be counted as 1 – Mediation meeting has occurred, irrespective of outcome:

A mediation meeting has occurred when:

• They have an EHCP Assessment Involvement that met the criteria for inclusion in Module 3.
• They have an attached EHCP Mediation Involvement which has a Mediation Reason of NOEHCP - Not to issue EHC plan.

A person must satisfy the following criteria to be counted as 0 – No Mediation:

• They do not meet any of the criteria above to be counted as 1 – Mediation meeting has occurred, irrespective of outcome.
