Criteria for inclusion in Module 3 <Assessment>

This module contains information for all assessments that are completed in the collection year or are ongoing at the end of the collection year.

This means one or more of the below criteria must be met for an assessment to be included in Module 3:

• Assessment completed in the collection year
• Assessment ongoing at the end of the collection year
• Item 3.1 Assessment outcome - decision to issue EHC plan <AssessmentOutcome>
• Item 3.2 Assessment outcome date <AssesmentOutcomeDate>
• Item 3.3 Assessment mediation <AssessmentMediation>
• Item 3.4 Assessment tribunal <AssessmentTribunal>
• Item 3.5 Other mediation <OtherMediation>
• Item 3.6 Other tribunal <OtherTribunal>
• Item 3.7 20-week time limit exceptions apply <Week20>
