Item 3.4 Assessment tribunal <AssessmentTribunal>

A person must satisfy the following criteria to be counted as 1 – Appeal to tribunal

• They have an EHCP Assessment Involvement that met the criteria for inclusion in Module 3.
• They have an attached EHCP Tribunal Involvement which has a Tribunal Type of NOEHCP - Not to issue EHC plan.

A person must satisfy the following criteria to be counted as 0 – No appeal to tribunal:

• They do not meet the criteria above to be counted as 1 – Appeal to tribunal.
