SEN2 Other Mediation and Other Tribunal changes

A person must satisfy the following criteria to be counted as 1 – Mediation meeting has occurred, irrespective of outcome:

A mediation meeting has occurred when:

• They have an EHCP Assessment Involvement that met the criteria for inclusion in Module 3.
  OR
  They have an EHCP Assessment Involvement, EHCP Re-assessment Involvement or SEN Assessment Involvement that met the criteria for inclusion in Module 5.
• They have an attached EHCP Mediation Involvement which has a Mediation Reason of ASSOTH - Other assessment mediation and a Notified Date in the collection year.

A person must satisfy the following criteria to be counted as 0 – No Mediation:

• They do not meet any of the criteria above to be counted as 1 – Mediation meeting has occurred, irrespective of outcome.
