A person must satisfy the following criteria to be reported as 1 – Yes, exceptions apply:

• They have an EHCP Assessment Involvement that met the criteria for inclusion in Module 3.
• An exception is recorded on the Involvement for either Exception Phase 1, Exception Phase 2a, Exception Phase 2b, or Exception Phase 3.

A person must satisfy the following criteria to be reported as 0 – No, exceptions do not apply:

• They have an EHCP Assessment Involvement that met the criteria for inclusion in Module 3.
• They have no exceptions recorded on the Involvement for Exception Phase 1, Exception Phase 2a, Exception Phase 2b, or Exception Phase 3.
