Item 5.7g SEN Unit indicator <SENunitIndicator>

• There is a Placement record that met the criteria for Item 5.7 Establishments Attended During the Year.
• The Placement Type in panel 2. Placement has an external code of E_SUMM - Mainstream school: LA maintained (SEN unit), E_ACS - Mainstream school: Academy (SEN unit), or E_FSS - Mainstream school: Free school (SEN unit).
