A&T – Application Received Date added to SAP so users can see the specific date an application was received (3.89)

Description

Application Received Date has been added as a visible and configurable column within the School Admissions Portal (SAP).

This includes:

• A new column in the View Applications grid.

• Integration with the Show/Hide Columns and Sort Order settings.

This enhancement was implemented as school users required the ability to view the specific date an application was received alongside other student information to ensure compliance and improve workflow transparency.

The field is available for both In Year and Phase Transfer application types.

Users can now clearly see the date an application was submitted directly within the application grid. This allows for easier tracking of submission timelines and the ability to sort applications chronologically by receipt date. It ensures that school users have immediate access to critical regulatory data without needing to apply external filters.
