A&T – Include all applications in count irrespective of preference number (3.89)
Description
The application count logic on the View Application / Allocation page has been updated. It now includes all applications associated with a provider, regardless of their preference number. Previously, applications with high preference numbers (e.g., greater than 20) may not have been reflected in the total count.
This change ensures that provider portal users have a complete and accurate view of all applications linked to their provider. By removing the preference number restriction, the system now provides a true representation of the total application volume.
- Accurate Totals
Applications with preference numbers greater than 20 are included in the summary count at the top of the View Application page. - Data Consistency
The displayed count consistently matches the total number of records listed in the application table. - Dynamic Updates
The count updates automatically as new applications are added. This ensures real-time accuracy regardless of the preference assigned to the application. - Unchanged Visibility
This update only affects the counting logic. The visibility and accessibility of applications on the View Allocation page remains unaffected.
