  • Visibility of the timestamp on the Application Details page.

  • Integration with the Show/Hide Columns and Sort Order settings.

The update applies to both In Year and Phase Transfer application views.

School users can now easily identify which applications have been updated since their last login. By sorting or filtering by the Last Updated Date and Time they can efficiently manage high volumes of applications (e.g., 300+). They can do this without missing critical status changes or new offers. The data is presented in a clear, non-truncated format within the application grid.

A new filtering mechanism has been added to the View Applications and Allocations screens in the School Admission Portal (SAP). This update replaces the previous static Application Added Between text with a dynamic dropdown filter. It allows users to toggle between two distinct criteria:

  • Application added between
Filters for applications created within a specific date range.
  • Application with changed offer statuses between
Filters for applications where the offer status was updated within a specific date range.

This enhancement allows users to quickly isolate new applications or those with recent status changes. This significantly improves workflow efficiency and oversight.
