G&B – Process Date renamed to FSM Eligibility Verification Date on ECE History screen (3.90)

Description

The Process Date in the ECE History screen has been renamed to FSM Eligibility Verification Date. With the move to ECE and expanded FSM checks, renaming the field to match the DfE requirement allows users to understand the correct date is recorded and updated as necessary.
