Pre-3.74 user documents can be found below and can be opened by clicking on them. Technical documents are stored on the Capita Software Support Portal and require an account to access them. Clicking on a document takes you to the portal, where a login page opens if you are not already logged in. Click the attachment on the right in the KB article, to open the document.
