User documents can be opened by clicking on them.
Technical documents are stored on the on the Capita Software Support Portal and require an account to access them. When you click on a document you will be taken to the portal where a login page will open if you are not already logged in. You can then click on the attachment on the right in the KB article to open the document.
This section contains all the upgrade guides that are needed for a release. These documents have been updated and streamlined by merging the information into fewer documents. If they do not have a release number in the title, they relate to all supported releases.
Use the Workflow Diagram document to see the upgrade process. This references the other documents required to upgrade.
