SEN/SEND – External codes added to ‘Reason for mediation’ lookup table (3.75.011 & 3.76.001)
Description
The following External Codes have been added to the Reason for Mediation lookup table:
- Not to have an EHC assessment – NOASSE
- Not to issue EHC plan – NOEHCP
- Other assessment mediation – ASSOTH
- Other (not reported in return) – OTHER
These Reason for mediation external lookups have been added so it can be identified whether mediation needs to be reported in:
- Item 2.5 Request Mediation when the Reason for mediation is NOASSE – Not to have an EHC assessment
- Item 3.10 Assessment Mediation when the Reason for mediation is NOEHCP – Not to issue EHC plan
- Item 3.12 Other Mediation when the Reason for mediation is Other assessment mediation – ASSOTH.
